Based at Farringtons School, Chislehurst, Kent and Crystal Palace, South London, 1st Stage Ltd offers PADI scuba courses in surroundings and facilities second to none. With our purpose built classroom and deep heated pool we are able to complete your Referral Scuba course in one weekend, saving you valuable holiday time, followed by two mornings to complete your qualifying dives.

The course consists of two full days, which involve classroom, pool work and exam, this then leaves you with just the qualifying dives to complete. The qualifying dives have to be done in open water i.e., the sea, a lake or river. Most of our clients qualify with us in this country but you can qualify abroad if you prefer.

The cost for our referral course weekend is usually £250.00. This includes all equipment hire, manual, logbook and exam. All that you need to bring is yourself and a light lunch. The four qualifying dives cost £150.00 bringing a total cost of £400.00. (Not included in the price of the open water dives is wet suit hire at £10 per day and entrance to the lakes at £7.50 per day.)
