Competition Eligibility Rules, Terms and conditions:

1. All entrants must have a valid “Bromley Connect” card, and be registered on the “Bromley Connect” website - proof will be required.

2. All entrants must be a UK resident, between the ages of 11 – 19, proof of age will be required e.g. passport, birth certificate before any prize will be awarded.

3. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry.

4. Participants may not enter using multiple email addresses or as multiple participants. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple times will be disqualified.

5. The organisers’ decision will be final and binding and they will not enter into any correspondence with anyone regarding the draw itself.

6. The winners will be notified by email within two (5) working days of the drawing and must meet all eligibility requirements including the proof of registration and age.

7. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Prizes are non-transferable.

9. The prize winners will be chosen randomly from among all valid entries received during the term of the prize draws.

10. In the event of cancellation, “Bromley Connect” may, in its sole discretion, elect to award the prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all participants who had validly entered the prize draws at the time of such cancellation.

12. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable; or the winner declines or fails to properly claim his or her prize within five (5) days of notification then that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing at Bromley Connect Team’s sole discretion.

13. Bromley Connect Team reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any “Bromley Connect” Contest should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Bromley Connect Team, in its sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the prize draws or for any other reason at the sole discretion of Bromley Connect Team.

14. Bromley Connect team is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: i). late, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; ii). Electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties; iii). Errors in transmission; or iv). Prize deliveries attempted but not received.

15. Winners will be included on the 'Winners' page following receipt of confirmation.

16. Winners may be requested to supply a photograph for publication and/or take part in further promotional activities.
